میدان مغناطیسی (meydân-e moghnâtisi) is a mixed-origin compound: میدان is Arabic (itself ultimately of Iranian origin, reborrowed via Arabic), مغناطیس is Greek (from Magnesia) via Arabic. Together they name the magnetic field in standard Persian physics.

تراکم (tarâkom) is an Arabic loanword (root r-k-m, to pile up) meaning density, concentration, or congestion. In physics, چگالی (chegâli) is the standard term for mass density, while tarâkom covers congestion and concentration.

خلاء

خلاء (khalâ) is an Arabic loanword (root kh-l-w, emptiness) meaning vacuum or void. In modern Persian it also refers to the emptiness of outer space, distinct from فضا (fazâ) which means space more broadly.
